Commissions
Handling
- SAM's powerful commissions module lets
you track an unlimited number of commissions/fees
per Deal, as well as payments to Agents.
- Commissions can be entered as a formula,
based on other numbers such as Unit Price.
- Payments can be made on account, or
applied against a specific Deal.
- Request for Payment report provides
the backup details required by accounting.
- SAM's commission reports and on-screen
enquiries always let you know how much
is payable to each Agent, so that over-payment
is easily avoided.
- As payments are applied to specific
Deals, allocations of commissions against
specific Projects are reported for each
Agent.
